Deleting your account and data

1.How to delete your account

1. Email info@1cifer.kz from the address your account is registered to.
2. Put “Account deletion” in the subject line or first message.
3. We will confirm the request came from your address and delete the account within 30 days. We will let you know by reply when it is done.

2.How to delete some data while keeping the account

In the same email, tell us what to remove: individual dialogs, conversations, files or connected integrations. You can also disconnect an integration yourself — in the app, under “Integrations”.

3.What gets deleted

• Account record: name, email address, user ID.
• Dialogs with the AI agent and conversations, including attachments.
• Files in the library.
• Tasks, approvals and processes you created.
• Access tokens for connected systems — Google, Bitrix24, 1C and others. Access to your data in those systems stops.

4.What is kept, and for how long

• Accounting and payment records — 5 years, as required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Service logs (sign-in and access records) — up to 12 months, for security incident investigation.
• Backups — up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.

Files uploaded to the library are in any case stored no longer than 365 days from upload.
