1Cifer is a service for organizations. A company creates a workspace, and employees join it by invitation from their organization. We do not sell to individuals or for personal or family use.

Yes. Protection is built on human control: the agent doesn't act on its own — you approve important operations, and every step stays in the history. Data access goes through a secure channel and is read-only by default. You always see what the agent did and why, and you can check it at any time.

Responses are generated by large language models running server-side: the app talks to our backend, which calls the models via API. The assistant is a workplace tool, not an open-ended chatbot: it operates under our server-side instructions and is scoped to your organization’s business tasks — answering work questions, drafting documents, managing tasks and approvals.

The text of the employee’s request and the organization’s business data from systems the company’s administrator has connected — through an explicit authorization (OAuth consent) for each integration. Every request is user-initiated, processing happens server-side and serves one purpose: answering that request. We do not sell this data and do not use it for advertising or profiling; the model providers process it on our behalf, as disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Three plans: Start — 150,000 ₸/month, Business — 500,000 ₸/month and Corporate — 1,000,000 ₸/month. They fit companies of any size — from a small team to a corporation. Billing is token-based: every request consumes tokens depending on its complexity and volume.

A token is a unit of information processing. Every request to your data consumes tokens depending on its complexity and volume. Each plan has its own monthly and weekly token limit.

You don't need to pay for your plan again just to get tokens — simply top up the amount you need as a separate pack, at any time. We don't burn them: topped-up tokens stay yours and remain available as long as your plan is active.
