1.General provisions

This Policy describes what data the 1Cifer service collects, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have. The data controller is KNOWLEDGER LAB LLP, BIN 230840042338, 23 Kyz Zhibek St., Almaty, 050020, Republic of Kazakhstan (“we”).

The Service is the 1cifer.kz website and the 1Cifer apps for web, desktop and mobile. By using the Service you agree to the processing of data under this Policy.

2.What data we collect

Account data — what you provide yourself: first and last name, email address, phone number.

Usage data — collected automatically: IP address, browser or device type and version, device identifiers, operating system, the sections of the Service you visit, date, time and duration of visits, and other diagnostic data.

Content you entrust to the Service: chat messages with the agent, voice messages, space files and data from the systems you connect through integrations. This content is processed to fulfil your requests and run the Service’s features.

Voice messages are used only for speech recognition and fulfilling your requests — we do not perform biometric identification and do not collect biometric or genetic data.

3.Legal bases and consent

We process data on two bases: your consent, which you give at registration by accepting this Policy, and the necessity of performing our contract with you.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@1cifer.kz. After withdrawal we will stop processing and delete the data, except what we must keep by law or to perform the contract.

4.Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (tags, scripts, pixels):

• essential — signing in to your account and fraud protection;
• functional — remembering your choices: language, settings, login details;
• analytics — understanding how the Service is used so we can improve it.

You can block cookies in your browser settings — some features of the Service may become unavailable.

• manage your account and give you access to the Service’s features;
• perform our contract with you, including paid plans;

We do not sell personal data. We share it only:

• with service providers processing data on our behalf to run the Service — hosting, notification delivery, analytics — bound by confidentiality obligations;
• with the systems you connect through integrations — to the extent needed to fulfil your requests;

Data may be processed on servers outside your country. Such transfer takes place with your consent, which you give by accepting this Policy; we maintain the safeguards it describes.

7.Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes of this Policy — while you have an account. After the account is deleted we keep only what the law, dispute resolution and our legal obligations require. Usage data is kept for shorter periods, for internal analytics and security.

8.Data security

We apply commercially reasonable safeguards: encryption in transit, access controls, isolation of space data. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is absolutely secure, but we keep strengthening our protections.

If a security incident affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authority within the timeframes required by law.

9.Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw your consent to processing, and delete your account entirely. Write to info@1cifer.kz — we will fulfil the request and reply within a reasonable time.

10.Children's privacy

You can use the Service on your own from age 18, and from 13 to 18 — with the consent of a legal representative. We do not knowingly collect data of children under 13: if you are a parent or guardian and know that a child has provided us personal data, contact us — we will delete it.

11.Links to other websites

The Service may contain links to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices — review the policies of every site you visit.

12.For legal entities

Yes — we sign a separate agreement with legal entities for the use of the 1Cifer app on web, desktop and mobile, with terms tailored to your company, including data processing. Write to us: info@1cifer.kz.

13.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will announce material changes in advance — by email or a notice in the Service — and update the version and effective date on this page.
