Terms of Service

1.General provisions

These Terms are an agreement between you and KNOWLEDGER LAB LLP, BIN 230840042338, 23 Kyz Zhibek St., Almaty, 050020, Republic of Kazakhstan (“we”). They govern the use of the 1Cifer service: the 1cifer.kz website and the apps for web, desktop and mobile.

By using the Service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You can enter into these Terms on your own from age 18; from 13 to 18 the Service is used with the consent of a legal representative. Paid plans may be purchased by adults or legal entities.

2.Service description

1Cifer is a service with an AI agent: you create spaces, connect integrations and get things done by talking to the agent in plain language. The set of features and integrations may change and grow.

The agent’s answers are generated automatically from your data and AI models and may contain inaccuracies. Verify information you rely on for important decisions — legal, financial or medical.

3.Registration and account

An account is required to use the Service. Provide accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for actions taken under it. If you notice unauthorized access, write to us immediately: info@1cifer.kz.

4.Plans and payment

Current plans and what they include are published on 1cifer.kz. The billing unit is a token: each request consumes tokens depending on its complexity and volume. Payment is made in advance for the period.

We may change plans with advance notice — changes never apply retroactively. If payment is overdue, access to paid features may be limited until it is settled.

5.For legal entities

Yes — we sign a separate agreement with legal entities for the use of the 1Cifer app on web, desktop and mobile, with terms tailored to your company. Write to us: info@1cifer.kz.

6.Rights and obligations

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose — work or personal. You may not: break the law or infringe third-party rights, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access to others’ data, or resell the Service without our consent.

Your data and content remain yours. You grant us the right to process them to the extent needed to run the Service. We may suspend access for a material breach of these Terms — with notice where possible.

7.Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, trademarks and materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the Service. Results you obtain with the agent from your data belong to you.

8.Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we continuously work on reliability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last three months.

We are not liable for decisions made based on the agent’s answers, for the operation of external systems you connect, or for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We try to resolve disputes by negotiation — write to us: info@1cifer.kz. Failing that, disputes are referred to the court at the company’s location, Almaty.

These Terms do not limit mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in advance — by email or a notice in the Service — and update the version and date on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the new version.
