AI Assistant Helped 3,000 Kazakhstanis Find Jobs

Kazakhstan's committee for social protection regulation reported that the Digital Employment Service, which uses an AI assistant to match vacancies, has already helped the first 3,000 people find jobs. The system analyzes a job seeker's profile and suggests suitable open positions instead of making people scroll through listings manually.

This shows that personalized AI-driven matching works beyond pilot projects, at the scale of an entire country: the better the algorithm understands a candidate's profile, the faster it finds a match. For the government, this approach eases the load on employment consultants while speeding up hiring for thousands of people at once.

Check how many days it takes your company to fill one open position, and how many applications your HR team reviews manually each week. The same logic applies to internal hiring and sorting incoming applications. Matching candidates and sorting applications in 1Cifer can be handled by an agent configured for the HR manager role, freeing up time for actual interviews.
