An AI navigator through mandatory business requirements launched in Kazakhstan
The Atameken national chamber announced the launch of a pilot project — the Registry of Mandatory Requirements in Entrepreneurship. The initiative is run jointly by the Ministry of National Economy and the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, and the registry's key feature is AI navigation: instead of digging through regulations on their own, an entrepreneur gets guidance on which requirements apply to their specific line of business.
The pain it addresses is familiar to every business owner: mandatory requirements are scattered across dozens of laws and orders, some outdated, and until now the full list for a specific cafe, warehouse or salon could realistically be obtained only from an expensive consultant — or from an inspector already writing up an order. An AI-based navigator flips that logic: first you know the rules, then you meet the inspection.
The practical step is obvious: run your own business type through the registry and compare the output with how you actually operate — discrepancies are cheaper to fix before the inspector's visit. The approach itself is telling too: answering questions over a large body of documents in plain language is exactly what AI agents do best. At 1Cifer we apply the same principle to a company's internal data: an employee asks in human terms — the agent answers from documents, policies and the books.
