Karaganda holds a seminar on safe AI use and data

The Karaganda Region akimat reported a training seminar on protecting data and using artificial intelligence safely. The announcement was published on the gov.kz portal.

The topic will be familiar to anyone who has tried neural networks at work: an AI service can only work with what was uploaded to it. When an employee pastes a contract, a client export or a financial spreadsheet into a public chat, control over that information is gone. That a regional authority makes this a subject of dedicated training shows that data security is no longer just an IT department concern.

Check three things in your own company: which AI services staff already use, what data has already gone into them, and whether there is a written rule on what may and may not be uploaded. Access by job role instead of shared passwords is how 1Cifer agents work: inside a protected environment, the accountant, manager and director each see only their own data.
