Kazakhstan launches new AI usage reporting for firms

Kazakhstan's Bureau of National Statistics has approved a new reporting form, 1-AI, called the “Report on the Use of Artificial Intelligence at Enterprises.” Order No. 25 requires companies to disclose whether they use AI technologies in their operations.

The form arrives as AI spreads into everything from bookkeeping to sales, and the government wants real data rather than guesses about how fast businesses are adopting these tools. The reporting will push companies to answer honestly whether AI use is systematic or limited to a few employees experimenting on their own.

Check now which AI tools actually run in your company — from support chatbots to automated reports — so you're not scrambling for numbers later. If agents already answer questions using data from 1C, CRM, and the bank in plain language, that inventory gets easier: you see where AI truly works and where it's just on paper.
