Nvidia just showed the harness, not the AI model, is now the real hero
Nvidia's latest presentation voiced out loud what the industry had been discussing in half-whispers: the intelligence race between models no longer decides the outcome. The real hero is the harness — the tools a model is wired to, the data it can reach, the rules it acts by, and the oversight of its results. The same model with and without a good harness is two different products.
For the market this means a redistribution of value: models get cheaper and interchangeable, while everything around them appreciates — integrations with working systems, access rights, quality control, process management. In other words, the engineering that turns clever text into finished work.
For a business owner in Kazakhstan the shift helps ask vendors the right questions: not "which model do you use" but "which of my systems will you connect to, what will the agent do on its own, and how do I supervise it". At 1Cifer the harness is precisely what we build: workspaces for a company, a department and a project, where agents have data, boundaries and well-defined processes — while the model inside can be swapped for the best one available.
