OpenAI Academy Marks Two Years

We covered OpenAI Academy's new role-based courses back on September 21. Now there's a fresh reason to revisit the story: the program just turned two, and OpenAI announced it's expanding to reach even more communities around the world.

OpenAI Academy started as a free platform helping people apply AI in their everyday work. Expanding to new communities means basic AI skills become available to more people — including places and groups that previously had little access to this kind of training.

Check whether your company has a structured way to teach staff practical AI skills, or whether everyone is figuring it out on their own. A similar idea sits behind 1Cifer: instead of taking a course, an employee simply asks the agent built for their role and gets a plain-language answer.
