1Cifer connects the ESF e-invoice system and the Taxpayer Cabinet: an AI agent reconciles the invoices
The 1Cifer AI-agent platform now integrates with the ESF e-invoice system and the Taxpayer Cabinet of Kazakhstan. With the ESF system the agent works through the official API: it opens a session with the organization's digital signature key and the ESF password, reads incoming and outgoing invoices for a period with statuses, counterparties and amounts, opens any invoice with its status history and requests only what changed since last time.
The agent's main job is reconciliation with 1C. It matches invoices with accounting documents by counterparty, date, number and amount and hands the accountant a short list of discrepancies: issued but not reflected in the books, reflected but not issued, amounts differ, an incoming invoice accepted without a receipt. The agent counts the issuing deadline from shipments in 1C and reminds in advance.
The agent signs in to the Taxpayer Cabinet through the 1Cifer Hub desktop application with the organization's digital signature key and reads personal accounts, debts, notices including desk-audit ones, and the statuses of submitted forms. The key and portal passwords stay on the company's computer, the signature is made there, and only the result goes to the cloud.
The agent can accept an incoming invoice, decline it, revoke its own outgoing invoice or issue a new one only after a person approves and only for an organization where the right to sign documents is enabled. The "Government portals of Kazakhstan" plugin is official and free and is installed from the 1Cifer Hub plugin store. The company described how it works in the article "AI agent for ESF e-invoices and the Taxpayer Cabinet" on 1cifer.kz.
