Atameken launches a digital dual-training platform: workforce trained directly for enterprises
The Atameken national chamber of entrepreneurs has launched a digital dual-training platform: the service connects colleges, students and enterprises willing to host trainees. The dual model — theory in the classroom, skills built on real production floors — proved itself long ago in Germany, and Kazakhstan is methodically building its digital infrastructure.
For business it answers one of the sorest questions — talent. Complaints that graduates "can't work" sound in every industry; dual training lets you grow specialists for your own processes instead of waiting for ready ones from the market, watching people well before hiring them.
The practical step for a company in Kazakhstan is to register on the platform and take at least two or three trainees for the coming academic year. It's an inexpensive recruiting channel: months of practice reveal both attitude and learning ability — things no interview will show. In an era when AI takes over the routine, the value of people grown inside a company's living processes only rises.
