Kazakhstan's Damu centers combine loans, taxes and sales support in one place

Damu business support centers are switching to a new format: entrepreneurs can now sort out questions about loans, taxes, state support programs and sales in one place, instead of visiting a bank, the tax office and other agencies separately. For now these are human consultants rather than AI agents, but the single-window principle itself points toward faster, clearer support for business.

Previously, an entrepreneur had to figure out on their own where to go for each issue: a bank for a loan, the tax committee for taxes, an akimat or a fund for subsidies. The new format takes over that navigation: a Damu specialist looks at the whole situation and points the entrepreneur to the right solution instead of just redirecting them further. For small and medium businesses without an in-house lawyer or finance specialist, this saves time and reduces the risk of missing a support measure they were entitled to.

It makes sense for a business owner to first check what support measures and obligations they actually have — on loans, taxes, reporting — before heading to a Damu center with a specific question. It's also worth checking whether the company has a similar single point of contact internally: someone an employee can ask when they need to quickly know the account balance, upcoming taxes, or which invoices are still waiting for payment. The same single-window idea works inside a company, too: a role-based agent in 1Cifer pulls data from 1C, the bank and CRM the moment an employee needs an answer, instead of someone calling accounting or hunting down whoever knows.
