New digital data requirements start October 6

Starting October 6, Kazakhstan is rolling out new requirements for digital data. They will be mandatory for state bodies, state-owned legal entities and quasi-public sector organizations. Only special state bodies are exempt from the new rules.

The unified rules exist so that different agencies, national companies and subordinate organizations collect and exchange data in the same format — without manual reformatting or information lost in transfer. For the quasi-public sector, this means revising internal systems and reference registries to match the new standard, and for businesses that work with them, similar requirements are likely to show up gradually in contracts, tenders and reporting.

Check which format your company uses when sending data to government and quasi-public partners — in reports, acts, or API integrations. If the format doesn't match the new standard yet, update your templates and reference data now rather than right before a filing deadline. When data from 1C, CRM, bank accounts and spreadsheets is already brought into one shape for agents in 1Cifer, adapting to a new data-exchange standard takes far less manual work across scattered sources.
