eGov GPT to cover 150 public services by year-end

According to inbusiness, Kazakhstan plans to launch 150 public services through eGov GPT by the end of the year. At the moment 51 services are available with the help of artificial intelligence, so the list is set to grow almost threefold.

Citizens are starting to handle their dealings with the state in a conversation with an AI assistant, rather than by queueing or hunting for the right section of a portal. Once that habit sets in, the same expectations will carry over to private companies: a quick answer, plain language, as few manual steps as possible. For business, this is less a new obligation than a signal that customer behavior is shifting.

Write down the five questions your customers and staff ask most often, and estimate how much time each answer takes. Repetitive questions like these are the first candidates to hand over to AI. The same ask-and-get-an-answer principle works inside a company too: with 1Cifer, a manager asks in plain language and gets an answer from 1C, CRM and bank data.
