Farmers Can Now Apply for 2027 Spring Sowing Financing
From 1 October, farmers in Kazakhstan can apply for financing of the 2027 spring field campaign under the Keng Dala 2 programme. The budget for it is 200 billion tenge at 5% per year.
Early funding lets farms buy seed, fertiliser, fuel and spare parts ahead of time and get machinery ready before sowing. The scale keeps growing: financing for spring field and harvest work rose from 421 billion tenge in 2024 to 750 billion in 2026. As of 28 September, farmers had already received 664.4 billion tenge.
Work out now how much seed, fertiliser, fuel and parts your farm will need this season, and name one person responsible for each document in the application package. An agent in 1Cifer can run the preparation: assign an owner for each document, remind people about deadlines and report readiness to the director. The earlier the need is counted, the easier it is to decide what to cover with early financing.
