Gemini 4 Argon rolls out, but only for paying users

Google has started rolling out Gemini 4 Argon in the Gemini app and in Antigravity, but only to people who pay. Developers get a sweetener of their own: API rates are 50% lower through November.

The setup is simple: the new model goes to paying users first, while the developer deal is temporary. Because the discount runs through November, experiments now cost half as much, and budgets for the following period will have to be calculated at regular rates.

If you already use Gemini in daily work or in your own integrations, pick 5–10 real tasks, such as customer replies, document review and summaries, and run them on the new model while the discount lasts. Also decide which employees actually need paid access. The model is only part of the picture: in 1Cifer, each role gets its own agent that answers from 1C, CRM and bank data and runs tasks.
