Kazakhstan Sets New E-Signature Rules for September 2026

Starting September 11, 2026, Kazakhstan will roll out new rules governing electronic digital signatures (EDS). The order was signed by the acting deputy prime minister and changes how signatures are issued and used across the country.

EDS already underpins everyday business life: it signs contracts, financial reports, bank documents, and filings with government agencies. Any shift in how signatures are issued or verified touches accountants, lawyers, and every automated tool that prepares or checks those documents.

Check who in your company holds a valid electronic signature and confirm the certificates won't expire before September 2026. Where document and invoice approvals already run through role-based agents, 1Cifer can help map how the new signing rules fit into that existing approval route.
