Kazakhstan Puts 90% of Public Services Online

We wrote on August 3 about Kazakhstan launching a large-scale digital transformation of its real economy. Now the first measurable results are in: more than 90% of government services are available online, and AI assistants have handled over 2 million citizen requests.

The number reflects more than a growth in e-services — it shows a shift in habits, as people increasingly choose an AI assistant over a trip to a service center or a call center queue. In effect, the government has tested at industrial scale a model where an algorithm receives a request, processes it by the book, and delivers a result without human involvement.

How many customer inquiries in your company are still sorted by hand — over the phone, by email, in messengers? The public sector just showed that this volume can be shifted to AI agents without losing service quality. The same principle — one agent per role that runs the dialogue itself and produces the outcome — is built into 1Cifer, where accountants, managers, and directors each get their own agent working with company data.
