NavigateAI: an AI agent advises construction workers right on site
Startup NavigateAI has introduced an AI system that helps construction workers directly on the job site. The AI agent can't lay bricks or assemble structures, but it's good at giving advice: it suggests the order of tasks, answers questions on the spot, and helps clarify disputed points as work goes on.
On a construction site, waiting is costly: if a worker can't immediately get an answer from a foreman who's busy or on another site, downtime grows and mistakes appear that are expensive to fix later. An AI assistant right next to the workplace removes that delay — the answer comes instantly instead of after calls and searching for the right person.
Owners of construction or manufacturing businesses in Kazakhstan should look at where employees lose time waiting for a decision from above — this bottleneck is usually easy to spot in daily tasks. In 1Cifer, an agent assigned to each role is available to an employee via phone or messenger right at the workplace, not only at an office computer — a question about a procedure, document, or task can be resolved in seconds without pulling colleagues away from their work.
