eGov Business now handles transferring a company share into trust management — without leaving the office

A new service has appeared on the eGov Business portal: transferring a legal entity's share into trust management can now be done online. The procedure is needed more often than one might think: public service, a long absence, a wish to step back from operations — in all these cases an owner must or wants to hand share management to another person.

This used to mean notaries, paper contracts and rounds of offices; now it's a digital application with a digital signature. Kazakhstan's eGov is methodically digitizing corporate procedures one after another, and state services for business increasingly turn out more convenient than banks'.

A practical reminder for owners: review the list of eGov Business online services at least a couple of times a year — many still carry paper to places where a button has long worked. And a separate tip for those transferring a share into management: fix in the contract not only the powers but also your own access to information about the company's condition — trust management should not become the owner's informational blindness.
