Superhuman's AI agent now drafts emails that barely need edits

Superhuman updated its automatic email drafting feature: an AI agent now analyzes the context of a conversation and proposes a ready-made reply that in most cases can be sent with barely any edits. The developers note the draft quality has improved noticeably compared to earlier versions of the feature.

This is an idea businesses in Kazakhstan can apply right now: if employees spend a large part of their day corresponding with clients, suppliers, or colleagues, auto-drafting based on conversation history can free up an hour or two a day for more important tasks. This is especially relevant for sales, support, and procurement managers, where correspondence volume is high and phrasing often repeats.

Before rolling out such a feature, it's worth checking where correspondence data ends up during AI processing and whether that complies with a company's internal rules on handling commercial information.
