Vocational training costs in Kazakhstan to be set annually

According to inbusiness, Kazakhstan has changed the rules: the cost of vocational training will now be set every year. At the same time, career centers have been given new deadlines for reviewing employer applications.

An annual review means the price of training is no longer a fixed figure, so staff-development budgets have to be checked against the current rate. Clear review deadlines make the process more predictable, because an employer can plan when to expect an answer. The exact figures and timeframes are best checked in the official document itself.

If you train staff or hire through a career center, check when your training budget was last calculated and how long your applications usually wait. Deadlines, reminders and approvals are easy to hand to an agent: in 1Cifer it assigns an owner, reminds about the due date and reports when an application moves.
